Baffling Terminal Block.

Hi everyone,

I've only had my Rav for just over twelve months and I've loved every minute, however I'm ashamed to say that when opening the bonnet the other day, I noticed a terminal block to the left of the bonnet release handle under the dash.

Can anyone tell me what the block is ? or is it one of those things you just leave alone ?

It may be the diagnostic connector on the Rav4
