When I checked everywhere, seems the battery is as rare as the HIR2 bulbs?

The main issue with the supply of the HIR2 bulbs was, with the withdrawal of first GE and then Toshiba, Philips became the only remaining manufacturer.

However, earlier this year Osram began production of HIR2 bulbs, and although there is no foreseeable prospect of them doing a Nightbreaker version (I have asked the question of Osram), the supply should improve over a period of time.
