Condensation / Water Inside The Rear Light Cluster

Hi all. My 08 plate verso has condensation inside the clear outer cover of the O/S rear light cluster. Please can someone guide me to removing this outer and re sealing it. Thanks

ps. I am assuming that the light assembly is a 2 part effort with the all the lights in a sealed? unit that is then covered by a further clear "glass" which is the outer surface that we see from the outside of the car.

I had similar problem with my 52 reg verso, the light cluster on my version is held with 3 small nuts accessed from the boot. I removed the cluster and found the seal had failed, after drying out the unit with a hairdryer I used clear silicon seale and have had no problem since.r
