Alternator Removal

My 92 series 2 alternator has been drowned by the stupid engine cover ports . I have disconnected everything but cannot figure a way to get it out of the engine bay! Any thoughts on what needs to be disconnected to get it out ?

with a bit of widdling it will come out of the left hand top corner on an N/A, might need to remove the bracket from the alternator, not the car

on a turbo the exhaust needs to be dropped ,then it will slide across the subframe to the other side

Thanks for that. It took another hour of messing then I turned it one way and it slid out. Hope I can remember when it comes to refitting!
