2003 Alphard Both Power Doors Not Working!

Hi all

i have fitted a double din dvd player 2 days ago, I chose the wrong wire when I first tried to connect the rear camera to the dvd player and it didn't resume back to the song, and then I tried connecting using another wire which worked, but then when I connected everything else and test drove the car, the clock would be reset to 1 o'clock every time, both power doors stopped working, I've stripped the whole dashboard, checked all the fuses and the loom inside but nothing seems to be wrong. I'm guessing there might have been a short circuit when I chose the wrong wire hence why it's not working anymore, does anyone have an idea on how to fix it?
