04 Avensis Not Starting

Hi all, first time poster!

I have an 04 Avensis, it's not starting. I turn the key to the first position and the dashboard lights up like normal, but when I turn the key to start the engine everything goes off. I've got a code reader and it is giving me two codes:

P0136 - 02 Sensor Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2; and

P0156 - Sensor Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2.

Are those faulty sensors preventing the car from starting? At first I thought it may be the starter motor but it's not making even a ticking noise like they normally do when they're seized or something.

Sounds like the Battery to me and those fault codes wouldn't cause this fault.

I had a tow truck out this morning to try and boost the Battery but he says it's the Starter Motor, not the Battery, after all. Does anyone know the part number for a starter motor on an 04 Avensis Automatic?
