Just purchased a toyota carina cdx 1.8 and love it.

Want to know how to remove the original radio/facia and put in my alpine head unit from my previous car.

Any clear advice would be appreciated as i'm at a miss of how to take it out without breaking things.

Also im installing my subwoofer and door Speakers are there any guides as to how to install aftermarket door Speakers and where the grommet holes will be to feed a wire from inside the car (under glovebox?) to the engine.

Thanks

No need to break anything.Just remove the security front and use filler blade to uninstall the radio deck.

Remove the facia of the radiocassette. Then you should see at the Top (left and right side) 2 small holes. You put a filler into these holes and you pull (gently) the radio out!
