Dvd Screen Rolling

Hi All... I am new to Toyota and new to this forum too. I am now the owner of 2006 verso which is in good condition but the DVD player does seem to be working properly. Only 1 of the 2 screen's turn on and the screen that is on keeps rolling and is not clear. The dvd player under the seat is not ejecting by dvd anymore :( Have you guys had any (consistent) problems with the dvd player/screens/entertainment system? thanks
