Hi I'm new to this site so hi all

I've just fitted a towbar to my hilux invinsible 2011 3ltr d4d and used a plug and go electric hook up for the 12v socket

After fitting it I checked the trucks rear lights and all works apart from the brake lights including the hi viz one and on the dash the brake warning light the Vsc off light and the abs light are all on and I can't put it into drive I've doubled check everything and all is correct I did how ever forgot to disconnect the Battery when fitting so I'm not to sure if I've blown some fuses I'm unable to check fuses at the moment as its to dark

Any advise would be greatful
