Hi All, being driven to dispair here!!!!!

I had to replace the car Battery this morning and since renewing, every time I open the drivers side door, the alarm sounds (for about 30 sec) and the indicators flash. I have tried searching on line for some intervention (and a solution), but there doesnt appear to be an exact resolve for this model.

I have checked the Battery in the key fob and this is working ok.

All or any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Does the vehicle lock/ unlock using the remote key fob ?

Hi Conrod

Yeah it locks and unlocks with the key fob. However the alarm goes off as soon as I open the door, it stops going off and let's me drive the car and then when I stop and take the key out at the end of the journey the alarm goes off again.
