Hello Richard - welcome to Toyota Owners Club.

The Mark X wasn't officially exported to Europe - the only cars in Europe would probably be grey or personal imports. Although it looks similar to the Lexus GS, it doesn't share the GS platform. May well share some of its engines with the GS.
