I am going to replace the rear brake pads on my Auris 2007 T Spirit and I know this has been covered before but there seems to be conflicting reports of which one is the LH thread. Some say it is the nearside, others the offside. Could anyone tell me which one it is? Also I assume that you turn RH thread clockwise and LH thread anti clockwise.

Is it:-

RH caliper = offside = anticlockwise?

LH caliper = nearside = clockwise?

Thanks
