Don't get an Evo or Rex....IF you go 4wd 2 litre then it HAS to be an ST205.

Just save the money and buy an R33 GT-R next year. The route your going down...youll only end up with higher insurance than an R33 GT-R, an undrivable and very uneconomical 13 year old car that a very small amount of people will risk buying when it comes to selling up time.

Go on holiday or something

yup, just got up at 11 and first thing is TOC, lol

now back on track...

for insane amounts of power the skylines r the way to go jim, but if ya want to splash out on the mr2, then u prolly dont want "too" much power...

so go insane on the bodylightening, i.e. carbon, replace pretty much everything with new forged parts, get ur internals ceramic coated, erm what else?

You know what Jim...you might as well just get in touch with Garage Active in Japan and get them to BUILD you a tough punk ***** 3sgte and ship it over, then just drop it straight into your two, then feature in Max Power (Which I might add I spied at the local post shop today...hehe)

Been talking to a chap over in aussie with a MR2 who just recently pulled an 11.3 quarter with around 350 hp

Cheers

There's actually quite a nice R32 at Calder Racing. Putting out 320bhp.

I have to say Kiwi that r32 pic has got to be 100% THE most stunning R32 ive seen to date. Nice one.

But most people dont appreciate the r32 as being the best ever skyline. Plus it doesnt have the road prescence of an R33 and its styling, altho funky to us in a retro kinda way...it wont gob the looks an R33 would get .

R33 is ultimate all round price, age, styling, tuning potential. (id still personally get an R32 as its more of the drivers car)

Jimlad if your ever going to buy a skyline go to THE uk skyline specialist www.skylinesrus.com. If you talk to the owner he'll not get off the phone for an hour hehe hes a totally sorted dude and a total Skyline enthusiast unlike these other import garage bums. As a result he only imports THE best GTRs must have 1 owner in Japan, ful Nissan history, no more than Stage1 mods, Grade 4 minimum(doesnt beleive in tuning skylines) and thier prices will beat any1 as they are specialists. In other words a minter would only cost you £16k. A thrashed example from CRD would cost 18k.

Buy an R33/R32 GTR!
