Does anyone know how to get the dial for the A/C off to replace the backlight? It's blower control dial (0-4). Thanks.

I've never done this particular job but usually heater/aircon control knobs just pull off. Grip it firmly around the outer edge and pull, might have to carefully use a little extra help from a small screwdriver or similar. Light bulb replacement should be straightforward enough - they're probably the small ones that don't have a separate metal bayonet cap, just wires that stick out from the glass at the bottom. If you have difficulty removing them try using a small piece of plastic tube pressed over the bulb then pull out.

I thought it might be but normally you have to line it up. Ie set it to 2 before it will pop off. I don't really fancy damaging it.
