Flutter Noise Accelerating

Hello everyone. I hope you can help. I have a 2.0 d4d 2011 with 16k on the clock. Have noticed a fluttering noise when accelerating foot down in 4th 5th gear say doing 40mph and applying throttle hard in 4th only starts when you press your foot hard down? There is no power issue or vibration just this flutter/rattle. Have asked my dealer friend and he says they all do it. Any ideas? Thank you

Models:
AURIS; AVENSIS; COROLLA; VERSO
Model codes:
ADE150; ADE157; ADE186; ADT250; ADT251; ADT270;

INTRODUCTION
This Technical Service Bulletin is to inform you of a revision to the BELT, V-RIBBED.
DESCRIPTION OF PHENOMENON
Some customers may experience and report squeaking/rattling noise from BELT, V-RIBBED around
1500~2000rpm, due to slipping of the belt on the pulleys.
PRODUCTION CHANGE
The design of the BELT, V-RIBBED has been changed to avoid slipping.
Go to your local dealer refer them to this bulletin and get the modified belt fitted, I have had plenty of people reporting this issue only on 2012/2013 2.0d4d models and all of them have been cured with this modified belt.

Thank you for your replies. Yes it is an Avensis, im sorry for any confusion. The car is a 2011 just before the update so has the higher emissions (don't know if this has any difference). I was just wondering if it could be something to do with the turbo sucking air? Have noticed that I can hear the turbo a little more when taking foot of the throttle.
