Hilux Inv. Interior Silver Trim Wear

Hi All,

Just doing a survey of all you Hilux Invincible owners regarding wear of the interior silver trim paint - I have a 2013 auto Invincible that's fine 54k - still in warranty but the silver paint on the top of the gear selector is worn away and a small section on the steering wheel trim below the "Disp" button - Contacted Toyota UK but the say it's normal wear and tear - seems a bit crap considering it classed as a commercial vehicle - no other wear in the vehicle !!

Would appreciate you experiences or views as I believe it's a cheap manufacturing issue on a £30k vehicle - and if others are having similar issues - might be worth a class complaint to get it rectified ???

Mines only done 15k and being a manual has a no chrome gear knob and the steering wheel trim is unmarked.
