Remove Headliner 2007 Aygo

The headliner is looking very dull with these brown stains of glue (?) showing all over, so i want to try covering it with some nice beige alcantara with foam backing. First challenge is to remove the headliner from the car, any tips?

besides stating the obvious i.e.

removal of the following :-

sunvisors,interior light,all pillar panels front ,middle & rear

i have found off the c1 forum that the headliner is held in place with a good

amount of glue in the middle and it can become troublesome to remove the glue,

maybe you just need to strip down and have a look for yourself to see exactly how

big a job it is and wether or not it is worth doing.
