My Celica Is A Pain

can anyboby help me! Had a red celica 1991 for my birthday and it is costing me loads already! It's had a new clutch and wheel bearing thought problems were solved. This car rumbles,bangs,creaks and it all comes from the nsf wheel. Told it was various things by different garages, finally settled with nsf wheel bearing. Had it fixed, bought some new alloys, great...... then it started to rumble again, it slides on the road and now it makes a terrible noise when breaking. Back i went to mr mechanic "it's the brakes" "badly manufactured tyre, it has a flat spot" i have finally settled with nsf hub is badly worn and it has wrecked my new bearing. (a problem i am told is common in celicas) Now here is tricky part- new these are expensive, second-hand these are like rocking horse ****! Where can i find one? Please help as i am fast falling out of love with my celica!!!!!!!!

there are 2 breakers yards in stockton , north east ,JAP CITY IS 1 , OTHER 1 , I THINK IS CALLED JAP PARTS . JUST A THOUGHT HERE BUT HAVE YOU CHECKED THE FRONT WISHBONE BUSHES ARNT KNACKERED ?????AND THE BALL JOINT.

I'll go along with that, always check the bushes first, all of them.

many thanks. will get garage to check bushes, but managed to get hub for £52 complete including vat and postage. Hope this sorts it once and for all!!!!!

can i ask where you got the hub for £ 52 from , i was quoted £ 300 for my 95 gt .

Got all four hubs £50 for the lot including shafts/discs/bearings any takers ????????or going in bin
