If the lenses are yellowed, it may be worthwhile cleaning the lenses and see what results you get before purchasing new units - see. http://www.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/topic/146892-headlight-cleaning/?hl=%2Bclean+%2Bheadlights#entry1281537

Due to the broken part of the internal part of the light, I was told the light needed replacing, but I don't want them to look odd.

By broken internal part do you mean that metal shield that covers the front of the headlight bulb? If so your car should still pass its MOT as long as the bulb fitted has a tip that doesn't let the light through (ie it effectively prevents the actual filament been visible from the front in the same way the metal shield does). I'm not clever enough to post a pic here but someone else might be able to do so. The MOT test will check the beam pattern is correct but that will still be OK.

If you want your lights to match you can remove the metal shield from the other light - it is held in by a small screw which can be accessed when you take the bulb out.

Yeah that's the part I mean, I would have thought a toyota dealership would have to be able to replace a part that would be only held by a screw, but apparently not as it's a sealed unit.

Thank you all for the feedback, much appreciated.
