I have no idea what You are meaning in this message..?

It is most likely that connector. Like i said earlier try to use that multimeter so You can be 100% sure wich wire is wich!

thank you so much for your help and the  link to how to do it and what Speakers to get i followed it same as it but few different ways and took me a bit longer but just way things goes lol.i kept the original rear connectors that was in the rear Speakers as i took them out and used a 4 inch grinder trimmed the plastic down a bit so the original speaker connection sat in level to the edging sound tape.plus i did not have a self tapping tool so i turned the speaker just a bit and drilled in self tappind screws they hold pretty well.the sound is good going to try it out for a while but might spring and treat myself and buy Alpine KTP-445A to go along with the system.do you think with that amp and the volume up at the max with that amp will it damage the Speakers or is it ok

Good to hear that Speakers sound improved! I kept also those rear speaker connectors. Those Alpine Speakers have (front) 85w rms and (rear) 80w rms handling and that amplifier gives 45w rms, so i think Speakers can handle it pretty well.

thanks so much .i was wondering also was thinking of cutting a tupper ware container and putting it around half of the inside of the speaker protect it from water if some gets in threw the window and maybe destroy the Speakers later maybe .do you think thats a good idea .plus was half thinking do you think its a good idea maybe running two more ALPINE S-S69 6 x 9" 16 x 24cm 260W 2-Way Coaxial Stereo Audio Speakers Shelf and putting them in the back of the parcelshelf and running the cable from the rear door Speakers is that a good idea do you think .would it make the sound better lol.going a bit mad me now since getting rid of stock speakers now  :)

I can't see reason to protect Speakers any more than they are originally protected. And to other question: if You add more Speakers to head units one speaker wire. the resistance changes (this case 4Ω -> 2Ω) and head units amplifier gets more hot than with one speaker and in worst scenario You'll see smoke behind the head unit.

Well.. It must be attach definitely properly. I've got instant scenario pictured in my head where that thing drops off in highway speed and slams in to a car behind.

What is the part number to usb/aux cable? Port is 86190-02070(?), but that cable between radio and port part number looks impossible to find.

So now i've upgrade my head unit to 59005. It was simple task to do. It was pretty much color-to-color soldering and i connected even those aux cables. I haven't found anywhere that cable to usb port (asked many many wreck yards) so i ordered this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dash-USB-Port-Panel-3-5mm-AUX-USB-Extension-Cable-for-Toyota-Camry-Corolla-/224337368856?_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49292 and this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/293373079756

Oh, and this image was pretty helpful in this whole project :6955bce7-69f2-46ff-a05f-1e5e03c728d9.__C

Of course external amplifier give better sound, but original headunit works just fine with those speakers. That DIY says also at end that "sound quality gets much better with this speaker upgrade with original radio, but it is possible to add a dsp amplifier wich gives LOT better sound". I'm having original radio and i am pretty happy with it.

hi there JiiN how are you keeping buddy .well i am loving my speaker upgrade but now im going to put in a

PIONEER GM-D1004 4 Channel 400W Class-D Multi Channel Car Amplifier

but the problem im coming across is finding a suitable place to run a 8gauge wire through the firewall. i have looked behind my glove box and well behind the fuse box there is a hole with a thick bunch of wires coming threw.im not happy using that one i have looked at along the firewall but havent came across any others that would have less wires and be suitable. plus im wondering would you know a good grounding point where i could put in a bolt and make a ground point for the amp. hope you have a idea maybe if you put in one of these brick amps yourself

I haven't need to use any grommets at the firewall. And it is so hard to say because my car is LHD and Yours is RHD(?).

Usually those rubbers are so big at those grommets that You can cut little hole next to other wires and place cable there. And grounding spots depends so many things, where You are planning to put Your amplifier, how long Your ground cable is etc. For example if You put Your amp to trunk, there is good spots at seatbelt bolts.

thanks for getting back yep my car is a rhd pne and im going to put the amp as its that small hopefully behind the glove box. so hope i find a grounding place there its just there is one grommet with a big bunch of wires coming threw so its kina tight and i am afraid if there is a fire at that point .im not sure will i drill a 20mm hole out myself but if i find a gromit that dont have many wires in it il use that one. i have long enough 8gauge cable so happy there .im just have to see if i can see other locations if possible

hi there JiiN i love my set up now with the Speakers upgrade and the pioneer plug and play amp. but now half thinking maybe if i buy new 6x9 Alpine S-S69 and put them into the rear parcel shelf would the sound be better as in the rear doors i kina like the sound coming from the rear parcel shelf instead.whats your ideas i know will have to cut them in and the boot hinge bars might be in the way a bit but might get them to work what o you think is it a good idea

I have no idea how 6x9 fits to parcel self. I've been always liked listen music more front. One autohifi specialist said once "If You go to movie theater, You listen those movie sounds front of You not behind Youre back".

And if You have 4 channel amplifier then You need to disconnect rear door Speakers to get power to Speakers at parcel shelf.

Sorry for resuming an old topic.

I'm trying to replace an original B9012 Radio/satnav unit with an chinese Android radio. The thing is that my Toyota Avensis 2011 (T27) does not have a 28 pin connector (Android radio comes thit that connector) but merely a 24 pin (Android radio comes with this connector, but no SWC, CANBUS, Reverse signal etc is connected through it) plus some additional connectors. I think most of the cables from the Android radio that has the 28 pin connector could be moved to the 24 pin connector. But I'm lacking the 24 pin pinout.

Does anyone have access to this connector pinout and can post it here?

Thanks in advance.

I managed to Install the new chinese Android radio using the Toyota Electrical Wiring Diagram. In my car there were 3 connectors that I could get the signals from. There is no D124 connector (28 Pin, P/N: 90980-12555) because my Toyota is pre 11.2011 year.

1. One is the D24 (20 Pin, P/N: 90980-12460) where the original backup camera signal, microphone amp, swc, stereo jack input signals are. Except mic, I've connected them all.

2. Second is Grey D25 (5 PIN) connector. It has only two pins connected. One is Yellow SPD on pin 3, the other red reverse indicator on pin 5.

3. The third is D117 (22 PIN, P/N: 90980-11915), which is the Canbus Junction connector (hidden behind Climate control panel). The pins 11, 22 were empty (these pins on Avensis T27 from 11.2011 go to 28 Pin 124 connector). I have to add these terminals to get the canbus signal to the Radio. I write add, because I had to order the terminals and for now prolong the canbus connection to the canbus box of the radio.

Cheers.
