Got his address yeah?

Go see the fool in person. A lot of people feel VERY intimidated by a meeting in the flesh. Email and the internet is very distant and people feel safe. Make it clear that you will not let this go away and you will be coming to his house over and over again until you get your money back

Chances are if you see him face to face he will crumble

Your draft e mail - just being picky but 'watchdog' isn't a company - it's a TV programme.

any critisism is welcome m8, i'll reword it to:

"I shall also be obliged to write into Watchdog..."

Daz: I'll pm u the info i have on him, it aint much tbh.

One question all have you tried sending letters to his house.

I only have his business address, no home addy :(

Too late now, & a bit irrelevant, but what were his Feedback & Star ratings when you were bidding? I thought that they were a pretty reliable guide.

You have seen it often enough "If you have no history, or First time buyers etc, etc":angry::angry:

Get someone that lives near by to take a pic of the premises and send him the pic saying something like "i've been watching you, how about a refund?"

It might work.......

you have defintally got to report this to ebay!!

did that just b4 i posted m8, awaiting a reply from 'em.

As that 'other' account is still active all that can happend is a suspension.

But due to the shilling i mite have a bit of legal ground to stand on in my favour.

Further thought (slow thinker, but I get there!) :hokus-pokus:

You could, and should, give hime negative feedback on E-bay. That is what it is there for. Just stick to the facts & don't exaggerate or go over the top. That should cure his cough. Won't get you a refund though :ffs:
