2002 Toyota Camry

I have a 2002 Toyota Camry. Recently I discovered the carpet in the floor of the passenger side was wet. Under the car I found what appears to be a drain hose, it was stopped up. I cleared this out and a fair amount of water drained out. I thought this had solved my problem, then discovered the drivers side carpet to be wet also, but there wasn't a drain hose on the drivers side. There were also plugs on the bottom of the car on the drivers side, but I have been unable to get the carpet dried out, in fact now when it rains there appears to be a build up of water. Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestions? Thanks

Would have thought a 2002 would be under man warranty.
