Hi - it's a 2009 diesel and I love it.

butrecently the sat nav/radio/Bluetooth system is erratic. It keeps rebooting and often doesn't stop for the whole journey so I can't use any of it. Any ideas would be most welcome.

I would start by checking that there isn't a faulty connection.

I agree what Scott says, plus check the handbook that should come with the car to do a reset. If CoDATim is competent, he could access the rear of the unit and pull the main power connections, then plug them back to do a reboot. Make sure the data SD or DVD is in place during the reset, and let it go through the whole process and do not remove the data media. I have heard that people have "bricked" their units by removing the media or cutting power during installation.

Before you do anything make sure you have the data media. Some people have either lost or never received the data media with the car. No media then it is back to Toyota!

PS. CoDATim, you posted this twice! Trouble with the computer/tablet/phone?

Hi CoDATim, I noticed you have posted another problem - the alarm -

The alarm reads current load changes and this could be related to your Audio/nav system issue.

I would get the car to an auto electrician, who may find the cause of both.
