heat seats not hot

The seats would come on for a short while and then turn off and not come back on as per below

But after the repair what were the seats like? Did they warm up then cool down to the point they feel off and then warm back up OR was there constant/consistent heat?

They came on to a certain temperature went off and then came back on so worked much better and felt it was working as intended
