Urban Cruiser Electrical Issue

Hi 

I have a 59 plate Toyota Urban Cruiser and whilst it now starts the following electricals are not working

Instrument Cluster (however door open light works and hazard lights work)

Radio

Air Con/Heating etc

Central locking

Wing mirrors 

However the lights work including main beam and when the main beam is on the blue light comes up on the dash.

I have checked the fuses by the Battery and under the glove compartment and they all seem fine.

Any ideas please, any help would be greatley appreciated.

Big welcome to the TOC Mark, are there any small panel cutouts on the dash that do not seem to be of any obvious use. There may be fuses lurking there
