I have a 1994 rav4 that i accidently pressed the diff lock while moving slowly. I can now press the diff lock button and the light goes out on the dash but there is a warning buzzer ringing. How do i unlock the diff?

Try rocking back and forward in a straight line.  It may unstick.

Maybe jacking up one wheel. If the wheel spins a fraction as it leaves the floor that may do it
