It says Cobra on the label, possibly an alarm?

Did think of an ultrasonic sensor for the alarm. However the label on the cable sleeve in the second picture says 'rear speaker'?

Does your car have a towbar?  or parking sensors. 

My toyota fitted sensors are made by cobra.

I thought it was speaker for rear parking sensors but it is just stuck on and seems out of place .I thought it would be hidden behind panel. Thanks for info.

Rear parking sensors deffo. Just had a set fitted at local Toyota dealer and speaker is just stuck on like yours, mine is behind the panel you remove .
