I need to replace the a/c blower motor in my 2008 avensis. Anyone done this? Are there any problems to watch out for. It looks to be easy to get at behind the glove box.

Are you sure it's the motor? What are the symptoms? I'm new to Toyotas but with VAG cars where blowers worked only high, the problem was almost inevitably the resistor pack in the blower-speed switch circuit.
