What Colour Should I Paint My Callipers Guys

Hi Guys

The callipers on my vehicle look a little untidy...the fronts more than the rears...its got me thinking whether i should paint them. I have painted the callipers on most of my previous vehicles...but neglected them on my current vehicle for 2 years. I usually go at them with a soft wire brush...good dose of brake cleaner...and paint with Hammerite smooth options using a paint brush rather than spray can.

Okay, so a silver T27 T4 with standard alloys...im thinking red callipers?

Any other suggestions much appreciated?

Honestly I don't like seeing bright red calipers on normal, OEM, silver with stock rims, although, a more subtle red would be okay. This is just my personal preference, though. If it was me, I would probably paint them black, but you could get away with a nice subtle dark red.

I, too, would prefer to try to have them matching the discs, so silver. Failing that, gunmetal grey or perhaps black if you want them to stand out.

Thank you guys, i was thinking along those exact lines...either silver keeps it line...or black to be different but in tune...or a dull red maroon but not bright red.

Input much appreciated guys.
