Engine 1.4 d4d starting problem

Hi

The engine of my 2002 yaris diesel won't start. And the starter run fine.

That i would check first is the pressure rail, and i would know if anyone is able to read this data from the PID with an obd2 app/program like ScanXL or DashCommand.

Is it low on fuel? When did it last run? Any strange behaviour before it refused to start?

The fuel is ok, i've already changed the primer pump and now is ok. The problem is born after a various work on the engine (change head gasket and the timing chain). Now i would check if the cause is the injection system (injector or the injection pump) or a problem of low compression. And now i would find a system to read or check the pression in the rail.

Is the timing correct? First check after a chain change.
