Touch screen/side mirrors and cig lighter not working

I have a 2012 auris. The touch screen , side mirrors and cigarette lighter has stopped working.  I have been tearing my hair out trying to solve this. I have done a bit of research into this and found out the cig 15a fuse is linked to all three. I have checked this and it' not blown also I have swapped this fuse with another 15a fuse and it' still not working. Help needed please
