XTouch question

Hi Guys and Gals,

New on here, was hoping you could help out.

I'm leasing a 2017 Toyota Aygo X-Nav, I'm loving some of the features but having an issue with one after a week and a half.

I'm using a brand new usb drive (Sandisk Ultra USB 3.0 32GB, formatted as FAT32) with the stereo. I have mp3 files on it which have worked fine for a week and a half and the X-Touch suddenly decided not to recognise the drive.

I hadn't changed anything on the drive, I hadn't even taken the drive out of the car, it's remained plugged in.

I tried the drive on my computer and it's recognised fine and shows the contents. Took it back out to the car and inserted it, it was recognised and the tune I was last listening to started playing again, then I started the ignition and the usb stopped being recognised again.

The only other thing I have plugged in is a Dashcam into the cigarette lighter which uses a converter which came with the Dashcam (DDPai M6 Plus) but this has been plugged in when the X-Touch was working fine.

See attached the version info shown on the unit.

Any ideas? Should I be formatting as EXFAT? (Even though it worked fine for 10 days)
