Best tyre brands for Auris Icon 2013

Do you recommend any particular tyre brand for the Auris Icon 2013?

Tyre brands are very much a personal choice and one will find that opinions will vary quite widely. Also it depends what type of driving you may do - urban, motorway, whether you want all season tyres, summer tyres, etc.

For the Auris, Toyota fit a variety of tyres from a range of manufacturers - Bridgestone., Continental, Dunlop, Goodyear and Michelin.

I put two new tyres on the front of my 2010 Auris Hybrid with low profile - Evergreen

For the last 6 years I have been using Evergreen on my vehicles :- BMW 320d, Peugeot 307, Fiat Scudo van, and the wifes Toyota Yaris (59 plate).

No excessive road noise, good grip wet or dry, very reasonable price ie 2 on the front of my Auris Hybrid - £130 per pair, fitted, balanced, disposal of old. Saved a fortune on big name brands.

I knew Evergreen was from a Chinese company, didnt know who, not that it matters..... IMO its a very good tyre with good value for money.

With all the millions of cars being produced by Chinese motor industries, I would imagine a good portion of them will be fitted with Jinyu Tyre Co tyres, and even Evergreen.
