Since taking delivery yesterday I’ve been finding out where things are and in which menus as you do with a new car. 

One of things I’ve not found out yet is how to reduce or increase the volume of sat nav directions. 

Can anyone enlighten me??

It can be done through the menus:

Settings>General>Volume settings here a few things can be changed including calls but only when making a call.

Or when the nav lady speaks use the up/down volume on the steering wheel
