Hi,

Is your car a LHD or RHD? (it looks easier for LHD to tell the truth).

If you want the workshop manual have a look at this link and download the file.

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B4bpjzCIfWZefkUzaFpiM1U0RXZ4QXc3OERjb1RHSnF4LTdtaWVlYThmRnJodVA0Vk5vZ3M

Unzip it to your computer and the instructions to use it are contained in the readme file.

Craig.

Craig, sorry again.  Your manuel is for KGJ10/NUJ10

Mine is NGJ10. The differences are multiple between mine and  KGJ10/NGJ10?

Don't worry about it.

The manual covers all engine types, 1.0, 1.33 and the diesel version. They are all the same really other than the engines.

Very Thanks Soeley and Crag for your help!

I removed the blower motor very easy, and I found where is the issue. It was the DIODE : PZ628 is broken (maybe old). I tested with other diodes and the blower motor is turning very short time before to breaking the diode or the weld. I thing they is a particular weld for this diode. CF screenshot

So i think I need to buy the complete electrical circuit of the blower motor. The problem is , I haven't the number ID of this part and I dont know where to buy. If someone can help...

Hi Dab,

Glad you have at least found the problem. Half way there now eh?

If I am looking at the correct part (Blower Resistor) the the image below gives the Part Number.

Thanks MARK, I will check it too, but your mentioned part is not fixed to the blower motor (blower motor electric circuit), right? )

From the diagrams, I couldn't tell if it was the same part or not?

Is the part you pictured above part of the motor assembly?

The only other Part Number I can see is for the whole 'Fan & Motor'

I would have thought the fan motor would be the same across all models? Just assuming though.

Sorry for my dumb questions...

Yes, see the direction of the arrow. It's different for same blower motors....

Note:

In the blower motor (not automatic) I have this indication about LHD/RHD. But nothing in the automatic blower motor documentation.
