Greeting,All. Ref. Toyota RAV4 Icon,2013.

I've found the bulbs I need,H16,for my foglights and I'd like some help on moving the inner wing liner so as to get at the rear of both the foglights. I've removed the two screws as per the book but I cannot move the liner.Rather than use force and do some damage,would one of you kind gents talk me through it please.It's probably simple but a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. Many thanks for any help,kblevis
