1997 Previa - transponder ECU location

Had the only key for my Previa stolen, so have ordered a replacement 2nd hand lockset (key, ignition barrel and transponder ECU). Cant see online where the transponder ECU is located on this car, can anyone help?

Also not sure if I also need to replace the main ECU when changing the above (have also bought this part from the same donor vehicle)- does anyone know?

you don't to replace theecu, but it is next too the batory.

Thanks, transponder ecu was easy to access in the end, to side of steering column. And no need to change main ecu, so now back up and running

Can you tell me exactly where it is near the the steering column.
