Removing roof trim things?

I M either wrapping or plastidipping the roof of my car now I think if I do either of these I'm going to have to remove these strips what are they stuck down with or are they clipped and are they easy to out back after what'd the best way to remove and put back

Think they are covers to protect the roof seams.

So they should just clip in yes? Just want to know before I yank them off 😂 going to need them off to work.
