VSC and TRC OFF lights come on at 10 miles

VSC and TRC OFF lights come on after driving 10 miles. No engine management light comes on.

Turn engine off and restart, lights are cleared but return at 10 mile point.

Egr valve fully cleaned, air filter replaced, maf sensor cleaned. Car drives fine prior and after lights come on.

Obd scan showed no faults. - tested without lights on, with lights on and live data during driving and triggering lights on at 10 miles.

experiments done - driving at different speeds, on different roads, accelerating, braking, coasting etc at 10 mile point.  Only thing consistent is these two lights illuminate at 10 miles into journey. Car drives fine after lights are on and no other lights come on - have done long distance trip to test.

Anyone able to enlighten me as to why this is happening?

Since the issue seems to be repeatably showing that its solely distance related, it suggests it could be associated with the number of wheel revolutions and the way the vsc uses the abs sensor information from the wheels to determine differential rotation speeds .

I suppose the wheels/tyres are all the same diameter? An under/oversize wheel would clock up less / more revolutions over 10 miles which might show up as the VSC system not being happy with the sensor information its receiving...
