1990 Hilux front brakes

Hi team, I'm new here but could definitely do with some help/advise!

I have a 1990 hilux, the previous owner did a front brake upgrade when he fitted the turbo, to cut a long story short a friend borrowed the truck when I was out the country and changed the front pads, when I took it for its WOF (MOT) the tester noticed that the pads actually stick about 10mm above the top of the discs, so obviously the wrong pads but the pads that were in it are long gone so can't get a part code.

Ive had a look at the calipers and the only code I can see on them is "SW13B", any body know what these are off or what the right pads are? Maybe even what larger discs would fit to make the pads fit, they might have always been like this but never been picked up by anyone.

Thanks heaps for your help in advance!
