Lost My Key - Auris 2007

I have lost my key for my 2007 Auris, luckily I have a spare key but I would like to have a spare ket.  Looking at previous post it looks like Toyota will charge £200+ for a replacement key. Are there any cheaper option to get a replacement key?

Thanks. Can they program and cut the new key from the spare key?

If it is a master key (black) rather than a valet key (grey), should be able to.
