C-HR EPS Warning Light

Dear Members,

Just purchased a C-HR and loving it, but as of recently, I have noticed the EPS (Electronic Power Steering) warning light comes on and does not disappear when the car is on and not in ignition? Today it comes on red first, then changes to yellow and still does not disappear when on? All other warning lights disappear in the "on" state? Please can someone explain? It never did this before?

Take it back to the dealer! When you are driving, is the steering heavy, meaning no assistance? A diagnostics will confirm what is wrong. The car must be under warranty, being new, so take it back.
