PCV Rav4 2004 Diesel - location

Hi there, I'm Jeremy and I own a 2004 Rav4 diesel. I use it mainly on short runs and as a result I've had the PCV clog up a couple of times and cleaned by garage but I'd like to clean it myself to save on costs. I've been looking at forums and search engines but am struggling to locate anything that looks like the right thing as most look like they are screw / nut fitting. I'm looking at the small breather tube between the back of the rocker cover and the turbo as that has a small rubber tube that goes back in to the main air pipes. Am I looking at the right thing and if so how do I get it out as it appears to have no nut on it? The tube appears to sit flush with the rocker cover. Any and all help gratefully accepted. Regards Jeremy

Would love to know if you got anywhere with this? We have the Haynes manual but my partner still can't find the PCV valve.

There is no PCV the engine ventilates via the breather hose from the rocker cover to air intake:
