Can anyone tell me how many miles before I should replace the cam belt on a 1.33 TR Yaris on a 08 plate please?

This would be a VVti engine which has a timing chain not a belt and will not require replacement.

Yeah, just make sure you give it good quality oil changes regularly and the chain should last the life of the car!
