Timing belt KZN185

Hi everyone this is my first post so thank you for taking the time to read this, ive got a 96 kzn185 3.0 ssrx auto and the timing belt light has just come on.its done 175,000 and I know the belt was changed last at 90,000 so this works out about right.so my question is is this an easy change or is it a job for a professional.im not an expert but I've worked in the motor trade most of my life and know my way round stuff.

ive just had a new timing belt and a new tensioner and bearing delivered and I had a look at the front of the engine and it doesn't look to hard  to get to but I would imagine you would probably need to lock off the crank and cam pulleys but I've not got any specialist tools so don't want to risk it if it's too big of a job.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.
