Hello,

Bought a second car (Toyota Auris 1.3 Icon 2013) mainly for my wife and I was quite optimistic the headunit will suffice for our needs.. The primary car is a 2017 Mercedes E-Class so I found it a bit underwhelming.

I am looking to upgrade the headunit for this

Is it possible to retain all the steering wheel functionality and the reverse camera, dab aerial etc if I was to upgrade to the above..

Any experience of this.  Ive put some pictures of the existing headunit which I already got.

Hi Fawad, welcome to TOC

You should be able to get adapter leads to preserve steering wheel controls. Similarly, if necessary, I am sure that adapters will exist for the DAB aerial input.

Does your Auris have the rear camera display in the mirror or the head unit? That Pioneer doesn't appear to have an input for video?

I'm pretty sure is does have the option to use a reverse camera.. which is why I'm a bit cautious upgrading.. does the Auris have a standard connection for the reverse camera or does it come with some non-standard connectivity.
