carina2 CO emissions

Hi

I have a 1991 carina2  1600  4af engine  aisan carb .....(carb 21100-16381 )

i have noticed that on every MOT  the CO has been dropping  

CO     0.11%   and    HC 213 ppm       from last mot   = 2018

(CO 0.15%   = 2014 mot

does my CO need tweeking  and to what new value  ?

Carbs are GR8.......

..... take the plugs out >> Grey/Brown/Black tells us 'old skool guys' all there is to know 

Should have no bother with MOT (other than Smoke)

Allow me to translate for my mate, Take a spark plug or two out and look at them, if they are grey you are running too weak so turn the mixture screw towards richer, if they are blackish too rich turn towards weaker and if they are a nice coffee colour that's just right, the Co2 should fall correct when the mixture and burn ratio is correct.
