E12 Fuel Leak

Hi, I have noticed my car is leaking fuel from a join shortly after it exits the fuel tank. I was wondering if anyone could look to see what the actual issue is. Here are some pictures and a video.

Hi,

Not a problem I have had yet, but if you look on Ytube that rubber tube can deteriorate  and leak or go hard and so breaking the seal.
