Making it to 250k

So I've got a 2005 RAV4 L with the 2.4 liter four cylinder. It currently has 183k miles on it (I've driven 25k of those miles in the ten months I've owned it), and still going strong. I really love this car, and my goal is to keep it going as long as possible. I use it almost exclusively for cross country road trips (I live in the US) so when it does get driven, it's for hundreds of miles at a time. aside from the usual oil changes, etc, what would you guys recommend specifically for this car, and specifically for this use case? It's worth noting that the thing vibrates like absolute mad whenever it's stopped, not really sure what that's all about.
