4afe vs 5afe help needed

Hey!

So I have myself a 1996 Toyota Trueno AE111 with a 4afe in it, and I bought a 1998 Toyota Trueno AE110 (facelift model) as a parts car with a 5afe in it

Ive already swapped over all the body panels which is what I got it for, Im not going to take the engine BUT I want to know if there are any parts from the 5afe that I could swap on to the 4afe for better performance? something like the injectors or exhaust headers. I tried to do research but I couldn't find any helpful information.

Any answers will be appreciated
